When making an investment in an enterprise medical software solution like Medformix®, the more the doctor(s) and administrator understand its capabilities and how to implement them, the better the system will serve their practice.
Taking complete advantage of Medformix® requires a commitment to understanding the many tools it contains and how to use them. To that end, we have created a comprehensive education system for our users. As we begin to work with new clients, we spend time to listen to their needs and concerns so that we fully understand how their practice works and how we can train them to use the system as effectively as possible. Understanding different styles of learning and making use of a wide range of teaching techniques are our keys to successful client education. This approach produces positive results in both our initial and continuing educational offerings.
Our goal is to listen to the issues that concern our clients as they transition into XXV, to lead them to the solutions and approaches that will be uniquely theirs and to enable them to learn how to achieve the greatest possible success in their practices.
Because people learn in different ways, we provide a variety of approaches and methods for learning about Medformix® XXV. We encourage our clients to gain a sense of how the system looks and feels through our online e-learning courses before we work with them directly and as we move through the learning process.
Since many studies show that face-to-face, interactive teaching yields the best results, we believe that initial training in the system, set-ups and go-lives are best accomplished on site and in real time. Typically, key personnel from a new client will spend several days working together with one of our experienced teachers to understand and configure XXV to be exactly right for their practice. After the initial collaborative learning sessions, the Crowell teacher works closely to bring the new practice to a stage of readiness for the go-live. Additional e-learning, webinars, tutorials and documentation review are at the core of this process. Just as soon as the practice feels it is ready to implement the system, a go-live date is sent and the teacher comes onsite to work with all staff in final hands-on training, walk-through scenarios and be a resource as the new practice starts to see patients.
Complete, easy-to-read documentation for Medformix® XXV is available to clients online and on their local server. In addition, many of the "how-to" instructions that practices inevitably need help with are also easily accessible. These foundational documents serve as a backup to the knowledge, insight and availability of our teachers and other support staff.
Focus and preparation are the hallmarks of our educational programs. From our e-learning curriculum to our webinars, phone consultations and documentation to our live interactions on site, we stand with you every step of the way. We will always have our clients'back!
